During the sheet metal fabrication process, flat sheet metal is first reviewed and prepared based on the customer’s design or drawing. The material is then cut to shape using laser cutting, which creates accurate patterns, holes, and part profiles. After cutting, the parts are deburred to remove sharp edges and prepare them for the next step. The parts then move to forming and bending, where a press brake shapes the metal into the required angles or final geometry. Once formed, the parts may go through welding, assembly, sanding, or other secondary operations. Finally, the finished parts can be inspected and powder coated or finished to meet the customer’s requirements.
