Our sheet metal process starts when we receive your part drawings. 

Our team of knowledgeable engineers will then optimize the part for higher efficiency 

if necessary.  Then our sheet metal process begins by placing a thin sheet metal 

stock on a flatbed where the laser cutter then begins drawing the pattern of the 

programmed part.  Once the parts are deburred, they move on to the 

press brake where the part is formed to its final shape.  We then 

give it the finish that was specified in the drawings.
